Does your home have high water pressure?

High water pressure in your home is one of the major causes of leaks, pipe damage or bursts, and appliance damage. 

Take a few moments to check around your home for leaks and check to see if your toilets are running without being used, that's usually an indicator for high water pressure. If you notice strong water pressure flowing out of your fixtures, you may feel that this is great, but it really isn't. When checking your homes water pressure regulator, if you see that it's over 80psi, you might want to call a professional licensed plumber to adjust it below 80psi. By adjusting the water pressure you will avoid a possible pipe burst, appliance and plumbing fixture damage.
